Here’s a breakdown of how the process works:

1. Within 24 hours of purchasing the collage, you will receive a link to upload your pictures.
2. Once your collage is created, a proof will be generated and sent to you via email for approval.
3. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and you can request up to 5 edits to the proof before finalizing.
4. Once you have approved the proof, the collage will be printed and shipped within 1-2 days. If you opt for the digital file, a high-resolution JPEG of your collage will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Regarding the number of pictures you can use, please note the following limits for different print sizes:

– 8″ x 10″ – Maximum of 25 pictures
– 11″ x 14″ – Maximum of 35 pictures
– 16″ x 20″ – Maximum of 45 pictures
– 18″ x 24″ – Maximum of 60 pictures
– 20″ x 24″ – Maximum of 70 pictures
– 24″ x 36″ – Maximum of 80 pictures

To receive a proof, the timeframe varies based on whether you opt for Rush Processing or not. With Rush Processing, you will receive a proof within 2-3 days of us receiving your pictures. Without Rush Processing, it takes approximately 6-7 days.

If you choose to order a digital file, you will receive a high-resolution JPEG via email within 24 hours of approving the proof. For print orders, the print will be shipped on the next business day after you approve the proof.

Please note that the placement of pictures in the collage is determined by Lulu Blue Photo, and specific order requests cannot be guaranteed.

Customization of text is possible, and we recommend using a maximum of 2 lines of text.
